Certificate as evidence

This section says that certain certificates are allowed as evidence in Hawaii courts. A certificate from this part or from the U.S. Congress about matters in this part counts as proof of a business or product's status at the time of its audit, unless the other side shows otherwise.

The statute, as written — Certificate as evidence

A certificate issued under this part and all certificates issued under the authority of the Congress of the United States relating to matters covered by this part shall be acceptable in any court of this State as prima facie evidence of the status of a business or product at the time of its audit.
