Public hearing before setting standards

Before the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity sets or changes any standards, it must hold a public hearing and give notice as required by state law. This section only requires that hearing and notice step.

In establishing and prescribing the standards, or any alterations or modifications to the standards, the department of agriculture and biosecurity shall call a public hearing and give notice thereof in conformity with chapter 91.
