Working with other agencies to enforce rules

This section lets the department team up with state or federal agencies. They can make agreements to help enforce the rules in this chapter and keep them consistent. It is a short, procedural rule about cooperation.

The department may cooperate or enter into agreements with any other agency of the State or any agency of the federal government for the purpose of carrying out this chapter and securing uniformity of rules.
