HRS §149A-28

Buffer zones for pesticide use near schools

Starting January 1, 2019, you cannot spray restricted-use pesticides on or within 100 feet of school property during school hours. This does not apply to whole-structure fumigation. If the label says something stricter, follow the stricter rule.
