HRS §157-25

How to challenge a license decision by the agriculture board

If the Board of Agriculture and Biosecurity refuses, renews, revokes, suspends, or adds conditions to a license, you can ask a court to review that decision. The review process follows the rules in Chapter 91 of state law. This section only explains that review is possible.
