HRS §161-30

Rules for storing and moving poultry safely

The board can make rules about how poultry and poultry products meant for people to eat are stored, handled, or transported by businesses in Hawaii. These rules help make sure the food is not spoiled or wrongly labeled when it reaches you. Breaking these rules is not allowed.
