HRS §166-8

Who gets first pick for agricultural park lots

This section gives certain farmers and veterans a head start when applying for agricultural park lots. If you are a veteran with an honorable discharge, a displaced farmer, a new farmer, or a farmer in a nonconforming zone, you get preference over other qualified applicants.
