Report when stream work is finished
After you finish building or changing a stream diversion, you must send a written completion report to the commission within 30 days. The commission decides what form to use and what information to include.

Within thirty days after the completion of construction or alteration of any stream diversion work, the permittee shall file a written statement of completion with the commission. The commission shall designate the form of such statement and such information as it shall require.
