Annual report by the WAI policy coordinator

This section requires the WAI policy coordinator to send a yearly report about their work and spending to state and city leaders. The first report is due by December 1, 2025, and every year after that. It is a simple reporting rule.

The WAI policy coordinator shall submit a report of the coordinator's activities and expenditures to the legislature, governor, and mayor and city council of the city and county of Honolulu no later than December 1 of each year, beginning in 2025.
