Game birds on posted land belong to the licensed holder

Game birds maintained upon enclosed land, upon which notice has been posted that the same is a game farm or upon any land or property upon which notice has been posted that the same is a private and commercial shooting preserve, shall be the exclusive property of the licensed holder.
