HRS §184-7

County contributions to state parks

This section lets a county give or lend land, money, or other property to the state park system for building, improving, running, or maintaining it. The county can donate, sell cheaply, lease for a small fee, or set aside these resources. It only covers what a county may do, not any required actions.
