Tree farm property: following the management plan

This section says a tree farm owner must follow the management plan on the schedule in that plan. If the board decides a good crop has not been established by that schedule, the property loses its tree farm status.

The applicant shall implement the tree farm management plan according to the schedule set forth in the plan. If the board determines that a satisfactory crop has not been established within the schedule set forth in the management plan, the property shall be declassified from its status as tree farm property.
