Advisory groups for managing Mauna Kea

The authority must create advisory groups to give advice on managing Mauna Kea. These groups must meet regularly and be asked for input on many issues within their areas of responsibility.

(a) The authority shall establish advisory groups to advise the authority in its management of Mauna Kea. (b) Any advisory groups established pursuant to this section shall convene regularly and be consulted on a broad range of issues relating to their respective purview.
