Annual report on workforce development

The business department must send the legislature a yearly report about its work to create more high-skilled jobs in certain industries, matching the workforce council's goals. The department must also put the report online.

The department of business, economic development, and tourism shall submit an annual report to the legislature on the department's efforts to increase the number of high-skilled jobs in targeted industry clusters consistent with the efforts of the workforce development council. The department of business, economic development, and tourism shall post the annual report electronically on the Internet.
