Annual report on the revolving fund

The department must give the governor and legislature a yearly report on the revolving fund's income and spending. The report is due before each regular session starts. This section only sets the reporting requirement and deadline.

The department shall report to the governor and the legislature on the revolving fund's revenues and expenditures for each fiscal year. The report shall be submitted no later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session.
