Leasing commercial parts of mixed-use projects

The statute, as written — Lease of projects

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the corporation, without recourse to chapter 103D, may lease for a term not exceeding sixty-five years all or any portion of the real or personal property constituting the commercial portion of a mixed-use project to any person, upon terms and conditions as may be approved by the corporation; provided that all revenues generated from the lease shall be used to support the purpose of this part.
