HRS §206-17
Additional powers of the Board of Land and Natural Resources
This section gives the Board of Land and Natural Resources extra powers to accept federal money with conditions, get government insurance or guarantees for its debts, and buy back its own bonds. It is a short list of special powers, not a set of duties for the public.
