Authority's power to make housing loan contracts

The statute, as written — Reserved housing loan programs; general powers

(a) The authority may make, enter into, and enforce all contracts or agreements which are necessary, convenient, or desirable for the purpose of the performance of its duties in executing the reserved housing loan programs. (b) The authority may require representations and warranties as it determines necessary to secure its loans.
