Creating the Hawaii community development special fund

This section sets up a special fund for the Hawaii community development authority. All money the authority receives goes into this fund. The money can only be used for the purposes described in this chapter.

The statute, as written — Hawaii community development special fund

There is created the Hawaii community development special fund into which all receipts and revenues of the authority shall be deposited. Proceeds from the fund shall be used for the purposes of this chapter.
