Annual report on stadium district progress

The authority must give the legislature a yearly report about how development in the stadium district is going. The report is due at least 20 days before each regular legislative session starts. This section only sets the reporting requirement.

Not less than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session of the legislature, the authority shall submit to the legislature an annual comprehensive status report on the progress of development within the stadium development district.
