Annual report to the legislature on district progress

The authority must give the legislature a yearly report about how development in the district is going. The report is due before each regular session starts. This section only sets the reporting requirement and deadline.

No later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session, the authority shall submit to the legislature an annual comprehensive report on the progress of development within the district.
