Annual report to the legislature on program progress

The authority must send a yearly report to the legislature about how the program projects are going. The report must be sent at least 20 days before each regular session starts. It must cover whether the program can grow, how much demand there is for leasehold projects, and what lease length makes sense.

The authority shall submit a report to the legislature on the progress of the program projects no later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session. The annual report shall include the feasibility of expanding the program, the demand of leasehold projects developed under this part, and an appropriate leasehold duration.
