How the development corporation can invest money

This section says the development corporation can invest money for any reason that fits the goals of this part of the law. It can set its own terms and conditions for those investments, as long as they are reasonable and fit those goals.

(a) Investments may be used for any purpose consistent with the purposes and objectives of this part. (b) Investments may be made on such terms and conditions as the development corporation shall determine to be reasonable, appropriate, and consistent with the purposes and objectives of this part.
