Rules for granting loans and related duties

The finance director can make, change, or remove rules about giving loans and related tasks. These rules only become law after the governor approves them and they follow the state's rulemaking process.

The director of finance may adopt, amend, or repeal such rules and regulations governing the granting of loans and other related functions as the director of finance considers necessary or suitable. The rules and regulations when approved by the governor and made in accordance with chapter 91 shall have the force and effect of law.
