Borrowing money for loans in this program

This section lets the finance director, with the governor's approval, borrow up to $500,000 by selling general obligation bonds. The money is used to make loans for the program's purposes. It follows the rules in another part of the law.

The director of finance may with the approval of the governor, issue from time to time general obligation bonds pursuant to chapter 39, part I not exceeding $500,000 for the granting of loans pursuant to the purposes of this part.
