The statute, as written — Consideration of other recoveries

In determining the eligibility of each person for every manner of assistance provided for in this chapter, the administering authorities shall consider every other type of assistance granted under the authority of this chapter, by any agency of the federal government, by the American National Red Cross, the Salvation Army, and every other manner of assistance, whether through insurance, donation or compensation from any source.
