The business department must report each year on how the program is going. The report covers the year ending December 31 and must be sent to the governor and legislative leaders by February 1.

The department of business, economic development, and tourism shall make a report as of December 31 of each year of operations under this chapter to the governor, the president of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives, on the progress made under this chapter. These reports shall be submitted not later than February 1 immediately following the period covered by the report.
