Annual report and audit of the program

The department must send the legislature a yearly report about what the program did. The fund's money matters can be checked by the auditor. This section only sets up reporting and auditing duties.

(a) The department shall submit to the legislature an annual status report on the program's activities. (b) The financial transactions of the fund are subject to audit by the auditor.
