Public access room

This section creates a public access room in the state capitol where you can use equipment and services to help you take part in the legislative process. The legislative reference bureau runs and maintains the room.

The statute, as written — Public access room established

(a) There is established in the state capitol a public access room in which members of the public shall be allowed to utilize various equipment, services, and facilities to enhance their ability to participate in the legislative process. (b) The public access room shall be maintained by the legislative reference bureau.
