Keeping service requests confidential

The bureau director and staff cannot share the details of any service request or statement with anyone outside the bureau, unless the person who made the request asks them to share it. This rule protects the privacy of people who ask for services.

Neither the director nor any employee of the bureau shall reveal to any person outside of the bureau the contents of matters of any request or statement for services except upon request of the person making the request or statement.
