Unlicensed possession or use of stamps

This section makes it a serious crime for someone without a license to knowingly have or use a tax stamp. It only covers unlicensed people and requires that they knew what they were doing.

The statute, as written — Unlicensed possession or use of stamps

A person who is not licensed under this chapter and who knowingly [possesses] or uses a stamp shall be guilty of a class B felony.
