Penalty for illegal sale of export or foreign cigarettes

The statute, as written — Criminal penalties for illegal sale of export or foreign cigarettes

Any person who knowingly violates section 245-51 or 245-52 shall be guilty of a class C felony, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $10,000, and may be imprisoned not less than one year and not more than five years, or both.
