HRS §245-58

Illegal sale of export or foreign cigarettes: license penalties

If a cigarette seller breaks the rules in this part, the director can take away or pause their license and fine them. The fine is based on the cigarettes involved, but the law doesn't set a fixed amount here. This section only covers penalties, not other rules.
