Rules for carrying out airport payment programs
This section lets the director make rules to run the airport payment programs described in the related sections. The director can also adopt federal rules if needed to get federal money for these payments.

The director may adopt rules and regulations to carry out the purposes of sections 261-31 to 261-36 and may adopt all or any part of applicable federal rules and regulations which are necessary or desirable to obtain federal assistance in making payments hereunder.
