Trespassing on someone else's aircraft at a state airport

This law makes it a crime to get on or stay on another person's aircraft at a state airport without permission. If you do, you can be fined, jailed, or both.

The statute, as written — Trespass to aircraft; penalty

Whoever without right, boards or remains in or upon any aircraft of another within a state airport shall be fined not more than $250, or imprisoned not more than three months, or both.
