Appealing airport zoning decisions to court

If you are hurt by a decision the transportation director makes about airport zoning rules, you can appeal to the circuit court. The appeal must follow the rules in chapter 91. This section only explains that you can appeal, not how to do it.

Any person aggrieved by any order, requirement, determination, or decision of the director of transportation made in the adoption, amendment, repeal, or administration of airport zoning regulations may appeal the person's grievance to the appropriate circuit court in accordance with chapter 91.
