Stricter local rules still apply

This section says that if a city or county has its own law or rule that is stricter than this state law, the stricter rule still applies. It does not change or cancel any lawful local ordinance or regulation.

Nothing in this part shall be construed to abrogate or affect the provisions of any lawful ordinance or regulation which are more restrictive than this part.
