Excavation permits

Before you dig, you must get every permit that the law requires from the right government office. This section only says you need those permits; it does not list which ones or what happens if you skip them.

Prior to conducting an excavation, the excavator shall obtain all necessary permits from the appropriate agency or agencies pursuant to the laws, rules, regulations, procedures, and requirements governing the issuance of such permits.
