Commission must report to lawmakers before each session

The commission must send a report to the legislature before each regular session starts. The report must cover what the commission did under this chapter, including how the securitization is being used, plus any other findings and suggested laws.

No later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session, the commission shall submit a report to the legislature that includes: (1) An update on its activities under this chapter, including how the securitization authorized under this chapter is being utilized; and (2) Any other findings and recommendations, including any necessary proposed legislation.
