License fee is lost if the license is revoked or canceled

If the county or state liquor board takes away or cancels your liquor license, the fee you paid for it is forfeited to the county. You do not get any part of the fee back, even if some time remains on the license.

If any license is revoked or canceled by the liquor commission or liquor control adjudication board, the fee paid for the license or any unexpended portion thereof shall be forfeited to the county.
