Courts must send conviction records to the driver examiner

When a court convicts someone of a traffic violation and that conviction leads to a license suspension or revocation, the court must send the conviction record to the county driver examiner where the court is located. This section only covers that forwarding duty.

The record of any conviction resulting in the revocation or suspension of any person's license for a violation of this part or any traffic law or regulation of the State or county shall be forwarded by the court to the examiner of drivers of the county in which the court is located.
