Suspension or revocation of permits
This section says the director is in charge of checking official inspection stations. If a station does not do inspections correctly, the director must take away its permit and require it to be returned. The director must also post lists of approved and suspended stations.

The director shall supervise and cause inspections to be made of official inspection stations and shall suspend or revoke and require the surrender of the permit issued to a station which the director finds is not properly conducting inspections.
