Counties get paid back for their costs

This section says the state will pay counties back for the extra costs they have running this part of the law. The transportation director decides how much the counties get paid.

The counties shall be reimbursed the incremental costs incurred in the administration of this part. The amount of reimbursement shall be determined by the director of transportation.
