Driver License Compact: definitions and information sharing

The statute, as written — Definitions.] (a) For the purpose of the Driver License Compact: (1) "Licensing authority" means the examiner of drivers of each county

(2) "Compact administrator" means the state director of transportation. (b) The licensing authority shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of any other party state any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of Articles III, IV, and V of the compact.
