Insurance or bond required before getting a license

Before a county will give you a license under this law, you must first deposit an insurance policy or a bond with the county treasurer or finance director. The policy or bond must be the type described earlier in the law. No license is issued until this deposit is made.

No license shall be issued in any county under section 445-222 unless and until the applicant therefor deposits with the treasurer or director of finance of the county a policy of insurance or a bond as hereinabove described.
