Rules for carrying things while riding a bicycle

This law says you cannot carry anything on a bicycle that stops you from using both hands to control it. You must always keep at least one hand on the handlebars. It applies to anyone riding a bicycle.

No person operating a bicycle shall carry any package, bundle, or article which prevents the use of both hands in the control and operation of the bicycle. A person operating a bicycle shall keep at least one hand on the handlebars at all times.
