If one traffic law is struck down, the rest stay valid

This section says that if a court decides one part of the state traffic laws is invalid, that decision does not affect the other parts. The rest of the traffic laws remain in effect.

The statute, as written — Severability

If any provision of the state traffic laws is held for any reason invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the state traffic laws.
