Courts must report driving license suspensions

When a court punishes someone for a driving offense under this part, it must tell the Department of Land and Natural Resources. The court must also say how long the person's driving privileges are suspended or revoked.

The court shall notify the department of land and natural resources of any sanctions imposed for offenses or violations under this part and the period of suspension or revocation of operator privileges ordered by the court under this part.
