Budget request for the governor's final year

This section requires the governor to ask the legislature for $100,000 in the budget for each year that the governor's regular term ends. The money is for carrying out the purposes of this chapter.

The governor shall include in the budget transmitted to the legislature, for each fiscal year in which the governor's regular term of office will expire, a request for appropriation of $100,000 for carrying out the purposes of this chapter.
