The department may prepare or cause to be prepared, printed, and published, such reports, pamphlets, duplicate certificates, outlines of courses, etc., as in the discretion of the department may seem advisable, and sell or dispose of the publications. All sums of money received from the sale of the publications shall be deposited to the credit of the general fund of the State.
